New Ninjago Legacy Winter 2020 sets!

Wow, we have a grand total of 15 Ninjago winter 2020 sets, and more are possibly coming! In this post, I will talk about the legacy sets, the season 12 sets, and the arcade pods. First, the 2020 Legacy sets, starting with the Thunder Raider set, based on the original from season 3 of Ninjago.

This set has 576 pieces and is estimated to go for a $60 price point. It comes with 5 minifigures: Jay, Lloyd, Cole, a Nindroid, and the Overlord. The Overlord is the same minifigure that was used in the winter 2019 golden dragon set. As far as functions go, this set is pretty solid. The Thunder Raider has flick-fire missiles, and Cole's mech has spring-loaded shooters and movable knee joints. The coolest function of the set, however, is that you can take Cole's mech and attach it to the back of the Thunder Raider, so that the can be transported around easily and the Thunder Raider has extra firepower.

The next set has a $40 price point and has 489 pieces. This is the Golden Mech set, based off the one that came out with the temple of light in 2012. This set includes Golden Lloyd, Sensei Wu, General Kozu, and a Stone Army Scout. This set makes the other two minifigures from Lloyds Golden Dragon set semi-rare. This set does not come with any sort of guns at all, and it's more of a display model than a play set. This is, however, the only way for you to get this version of General Kozu.

Next up is the only Tournament of Elements set that is being rereleased in winter 2020, the Jungle Raider. This is a downgrade from the original set, which is 20 dollars. This new one has 127 pieces and will go for $10. This set only comes with a Season 3-4 legacy Lloyd, and includes no villain figures, so it is kind of disappointing.
Yes, this is a Lego 4+ set, the first one seen since 2017 when one came out with the Ninjago Movie. This set is 10 dollars and comes with 81 pieces. It comes with Legacy Kai from the Winter 2019 Legacy sets and a Garmadon with two arms and what appears to be a brand new face print. This is a GIGANTIC downgrade from the original dragon which came with the fire temple from 2011.

So yeah, that's the entire winter Legacy 2020 wave of 4 sets. I think the first wave was better, and the $10 leave much room to be improved, but overall it's a solid wave.

Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokèmon: How are they the same?

You might think that Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokèmon are the same exact thing: a collecting card game. This is not true. If you look at a Pokèmon card, this is what you will see: (name of the card) (health)(types) (name of the attack)(however much damage it does) (name of the attack)(however much damage it does)          (special effects) However, If you look at a Yu-Gi-Oh!  card, you will see something like this: (name of the card) (level of the card) (attributes and types) (optional: special effects) (attack strength)(defense strength) I will now discuss the similarities of these two card games. #1)  Collections One of the main similarities between  Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokèmon is that they are both cards for collecting. You mainly buy both of them in mystery booster packs that you do not know what they will come with, but you can also buy them in individual decks that tell you what is in them. People trade both of them, and trade either ...
