Lego Ninjago 70653 Firstbourne Review

One day I was looking through the LEGO Ninjago sets on Amazon and I spotted something I didn't see every day. Firstbourne, a $70 dollar set in the US, was selling for only $45!

Of course I immediately bought it, because, as many will know, I have been a big Ninjago fan since 2013. I had not picked up any dragons before this one, so it was a welcome change. Also, at 800+ pieces, this should have been at and 80 dollar price point in the first place.

Anyway, you've got the story, now for the review. This set comes with Kai, Cole, Chew Toy, Jet Jack,  Muzzle, and Heavy Metal. Unfortunately, all of these come in another set, so no minifigures you can't get elsewhere. As far as function goes, this set is pretty great. It comes with a helicopter with stud shooters and a gear that you can spin to move the rotor, which I think is exclusive to this set. I forget. Anyway, the dragon is easy to cary around and has a function for flapping its wings, which is pretty cool because you can hold it in one hand and use your thumb to flap its wings. Also, there is another feature which is that you can turn a gear and it will move its tail back and forth.

The only thing that I wish was better for this set is having spring-loaded shooters in his mouth, like Stormbringer (set 70652), had in his.

Other than that, I'd say this is an amazing set. It comes with two pieces of the Dragon Armor, 6 pretty good minifigures, and all for an amazing price, whether or not you buy it for $45 or $70.

Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokèmon: How are they the same?

You might think that Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokèmon are the same exact thing: a collecting card game. This is not true. If you look at a Pokèmon card, this is what you will see: (name of the card) (health)(types) (name of the attack)(however much damage it does) (name of the attack)(however much damage it does)          (special effects) However, If you look at a Yu-Gi-Oh!  card, you will see something like this: (name of the card) (level of the card) (attributes and types) (optional: special effects) (attack strength)(defense strength) I will now discuss the similarities of these two card games. #1)  Collections One of the main similarities between  Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokèmon is that they are both cards for collecting. You mainly buy both of them in mystery booster packs that you do not know what they will come with, but you can also buy them in individual decks that tell you what is in them. People trade both of them, and trade either ...
