It all starts when the ninja and their vehicles are on their way to celebrate the "Day of the Departed" which is basically Halloween in Ninjago. Cole, who is then a ghost, gets locked into a museum and gets a message from the ghost of sensei Yang, the founder of airjitzu. The trouble started there. Now the ninja are all fighting departed villains like Samukai & Master Chen.They also have to fight one alive bad guy, Pythor the anacondrai.
